I am a licensed clinical social work with 20 years of experience working with with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma and attachment. I build on peoples strengths to help them gain skills, hope, connection and delight. I enjoy working with with Women's Issues, LGBTQ, teens, families and couples. I work from a variety of approaches that focus on building, capacity for connection, mindfulness, clarity and change.
