To those who stopped to read my profile, thank you for taking the time to consider if I am a good match for your needs. My first therapeutic action is to be sure you feel safe and comfortable in therapy. I want you to feel empowered as a consumer; if for any reason we are not a good match, I will support your transition to the therapist who is a better fit. While my primary focus is compassionate care for those who have experienced childhood (complex) trauma, grief, and loss, I also work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and anger.
