Sometimes no matter what we try, feelings of sadness, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or other mental health challenges seem impossible to overcome. All people have the potential to change, grow and find meaning. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and grief, anxiety, substance abuse, stress, and depression. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families. We will work together to identify the underlying issues causing you distress. I use an integrative clinical approach that is trauma informed, strength based, CBT, and person-centered to support and assist clients in meeting desired goals. My clinical approach incorporates evidence based treatment practices dependent on client age and concerns.
