My ideal client is blunt, transparent, intelligent, and open-minded. A person willing to "get real" and discuss gritty topics. I work best with people who want to really know themselves so they can overcome the obstacles that interfere with their goals. I am certified in EMDR, trauma treatment, yoga, and addictions. I see most behaviors as attempts to cope with overwhelming circumstances. Behaviors aren't good or bad but rather, effective or not. My clients learn new strategies and insights. The body is integral to healing, so I also incorporate a "bottom-up" approach with somatic bodywork.
