I believe that we all have an inherent ability to grow and heal wired deep within ourselves, and I have great faith in this capacity for transformation. My approach is collaborative and respectful. I am certified in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based naturalistic approach to healing trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. Change is possible with compassionate support and acceptance. Available for in-person and online sessions in Portland, Oregon, and online sessions for those in New Jersey and New York.
