Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or longing for closeness that feels just out of reach. Others carry the weight of grief, loss, or trauma that still shapes how they see themselves and their relationships. My clients are thoughtful, capable people who’ve often tried to “figure it out” on their own but recognize that real change begins with support, compassion, and a safe space where emotions can be understood and healing can take root. I’m a pro-relationship therapist who helps couples rebuild trust and deepen connection using Gottman and EFT approaches. I also support individuals through EMDR to heal from trauma and find calm, clarity, and self-compassion in a warm, collaborative, and empathetic space.
