I use compassion and acceptance to provide a safe place for clients to process issues important to them; meeting clients where they are emotionally and spiritually so that I can accompany them on their current journey in life. I provide a structured environment and interactive therapy session which focuses on the client's agenda. As a therapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches appropriate to the situation including EMDR for trauma. When working with individuals, I feel it is important to look at their personal story, thought patterns, and behavioral strengths - as well as their relationships with others.
