As your therapist, my goal is to assist and support you in life transitions, and in learning healthy coping skills and healthy communication skills so you can begin to feel empowered, hopeful and emotionally healthy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Using this treatment modality I can help you resolve and heal from past traumas.
