My approach to therapy involves exploring your needs, wants, strengths, and values in a supportive and safe environment where you can let down your guard. My work with people starting and changing careers, exploring their gender and/or sexual identities, warfighters with brain injuries, first responders, those facing health and caregiving demands, and creative writers has given me a broad view of challenges that can arise. I help people who feel stuck build on their existing skills to get past barriers and focus on a more fulfilling, uplifting future.
