I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years' experience providing skilled, compassionate care to adults, young adults, adolescents and families. I am a graduate of Columbia University's School of Social Work and have extensive additional training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Social Skills/Relational Training. I have worked in outpatient mental health in school and hospital settings, and am currently a staff member at the Anxiety Institute in Greenwich, CT in addition to my private practice.
