My greatest incentive as a therapist is to help clients explore different ways to make positive changes in their lives by providing them with a better outlook into the future. I know that everyone needs someone to talk to who will listen to them without any judgment. In my sessions, I want each client to feel accepted and heard in a safe environment; a place where they can find themselves and do some searching to move past any issues that are preventing them from living a healthier lifestyle. I receive continual mental health training at various workshops around the country. I facilitate groups every month that consists of blended psychology with spirituality.
