My practice name is Wintertree Psychotherapy taken from an inspiring book titled, The Tree That Survived The Winter by Mary Fahy. The book is an adult fable for all who have faced dark, cold and lonely times and come out on the other side. When in crisis we seek safe, mindful problem-solving, and often discover an opportunity for personal growth. I provide a calm and supportive setting to reduce anxiety and stress, increase a sense of confidence and competence, and promote the creation of more satisfying connections to self and others. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
