Hello! My name is Caroline Belt, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Notre Dame, and my MA and MSW at The Ohio State University. I also completed a post-MSW fellowship at The Ohio State University’s Counseling and Consultation Service. I work primarily with clients 16 years and older. My primary treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I incorporate components of other modalities, including Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems, as needed.
