Life is hard and even downright frustrating at times. Everybody faces challenges in life but you don't have to go through them alone. It is OK to get some help while going through life. The first step to overcoming, breaking through, recovering and succeeding starts with the first phone call to come see me. Know your worth! Be brave enough to break the stigma we face surrounding counseling and therapy. I work hard to create a very safe space - no judging, no shaming - where you can be free to share what it is you might be struggling to conquer. Together we can get through it! I passionately advocate for children, parents, and families struggling with behavioral problems, issues and diagnoses. I will go to bat for your child at IEP / 504 meetings should it come to that, as I did for my own over the years. I hold Masters degrees in both Teaching and Mental Health Counseling, and I am ABD with my PhD in Educational Psychology.
