Hi, I’m Caroline. I work with teens, young adults, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by big emotions. Whether it’s anxiety, difficulty managing feelings, challenges with friendships, or navigating neurodivergence, my goal is to create a space where young people feel understood and supported. My style is calm, compassionate, and creative. I often bring play, art, and curiosity into the room so sessions feel engaging and safe, while also helping teens and families develop concrete skills they can use in daily life. I believe therapy should feel meaningful, but it can also be a place where growth feels possible and even enjoyable.
