Hi! I’m Caroline. I know how messy it can get inside of ourselves. It can feel nearly impossible to figure out what’s true, what’s right, and what we need. Especially, with the expectations, conditions that were drilled into us telling us who we are supposed to be/do/want. I cared deeply about attuning to you, deeply hearing the hurt, betrayals, disappointments, finding the parts of us that have been silenced or hidden, and holding the anxiety that can tremble inside of us. I support clients navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, burnout, parenting and relationships with warmth, deep compassion and openness and respect.
