I have immediate openings on Tuesdays and Fridays. I look forward to hearing about how I can support you. There are times in life where you may find yourself struggling and needing extra support. Major life transitions can cause stress in life and a need to understand who you are. I offer a space for you to explore the difficulties that you are facing and become more confident in who you are. We will look at what is holding you back as well as work through what might be standing in the way of you becoming your best self. I use a client-centered approach to ensure that you are getting what you need out of counseling. I specialize in ADHD management, grief, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and couple conflict.
