I provide a judgment-free space where you can freely express yourself, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming environment for individuals who identify as neurodivergent and/or part of the LGBTQ+ community. Anxiety, depression, self-discovery, life transitions, developing self-compassion, exploring past experiences, and navigating identities are the main areas of focus for my clients.
