I am passionate about helping clients develop skills to improve their well-being, increase empowerment, and improve their relationships. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+-affirming environment. As a former yoga teacher, I also believe in the power of the mind/body connection. Using a collaborative and supportive approach, I help individuals and families share their struggles, feel validated, identify goals, and develop a treatment plan to enhance their well-being. I work with a diverse population of clients, with a special focus on supporting gender non-conforming individuals and their families. I know first-hand about the joys, stresses, and challenges of growing up on the North Shore and I have extensive experience navigating these communities as a mom. I have had many life transitions, spending nearly a decade in the corporate world before becoming a stay-at-home-mother, community volunteer, and yoga teacher.
