Whether you are simply adjusting to a new or difficult situation or have felt trapped in a cycle of difficult emotions for years, it is my belief that each person already harbors the ability to heal from within. My goal in working with clients is to create a trusting environment in which they can feel comfortable to identify, explore, and overcome obstacles that may be inhibiting them from living their best life. As a therapist, it is my role to walk alongside clients in their unique journey of uncovering their innate strengths, learning tools to better navigate stressors, better manage the ups and downs of life, and thrive.
