The first step is to work together to establish what your goals are for therapy. I have 30+ years clinical experience and am trained in various therapy modalities. I work with adults and young adults 22 +. My specialties are: 1) providing trauma-focused treatment, and 2) working with people facing life transitions or adjustments to new chapters in life, both of which can create stress or anxiety. I am trained in EMDR as well as DBT.
