Anxiety, phobias, and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) can be debilitating, preventing you from the living the life you wish to lead. The core of all of my work with clients is establishing a strong relationship full of unconditional positive regard. In my practice I provide supportive tools to lower anxiety levels such as breathing and grounding exercises. Together we will assess areas of need and support whether that be improving routines, sleep, diet, exercise, or social support.
