I have a relational approach and I will provide a non-judgmental environment to process your concerns and stressors. We will jointly decide on a path to finding resiliency and strength for better coping. I work from a trauma and social justice informed lens and I utilize modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness, DBT and other somatic or cognitive based therapies. We can decide on what relationship-based healing modality will work best for you. I like to bring your own insights to the forefront and will be gentle and yet direct in my communication. The overall goal is to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
