I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and career stress. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients manage stress, build confidence, and move toward their goals. Above all, I want each client to feel heard, valued, and in control of their journey.
