Hi! I’m Caroline. I have worked in the mental health field in various roles since 2017, and have been practicing as a therapist since 2022. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing substance abuse/addiction, stress, and relationship issues, as well as working with families and couples. Our first few sessions will consist of me getting to know you better and building our therapeutic relationship as we start to dive deep into the issues bringing you to therapy. I am committed to facilitating a safe space for people of all identities to help encourage self-discovery and personal growth.
