Hello, my name is Caroline Roach and I am a licensed therapist providing online therapy services to individuals seeking help with their mental health and well-being. I have a Master Degree in Social Work from Saint Leo University and have been practicing therapy for 9 years. Throughout my career, I have gained experience working with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues.I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with my clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop the skills and tools necessary to navigate life's challenges. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm and welcoming space for my clients to feel heard and understood.
