I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who is passionate about supporting individuals who wish to overcome hardships and make meaningful progress. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and contemplative environment for clients to explore and heal. I work with adolescents and adults struggling to manage the stress of daily life and those experiencing challenges stemming from trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.
