As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a systemic lens with individuals, children, couples, and families. I strive to assist clients in strengthening their body-mind connection, uplifting their internal resources, and embodying a more balanced life. I specialize in maternal and parental mental health and know that each individual and family unit comes with their own unique contexts and goals. I have specific experience working with clients who are navigating parental wounds, conception journeys, identity politics, and grief.
