Sometimes life feels overwhelming for kids and teens—big emotions, worries that take over, or changes that are hard to make sense of. Many just need a space where they can talk, play, create, and feel truly seen. Clients are often looking for comfort, support, and someone who truly understands how tough growing up can be. They want to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their feelings. My goal is to offer a space that’s safe, steady, and open, where they can show up exactly as they are and move at their own pace. I use creativity and connection to help them understand their feelings, build coping skills, and feel more confident. I support clients in Coral Springs and offer virtual therapy throughout Florida.
