Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Perhaps you are feeling anxiety, sadness or depression. It takes courage to enter counseling and seek solutions to the many situations that can complicate life. I believe that having a strong, connected and trusting relationship with my clients is essential to the work in counseling and is what establishes an environment of openness to change. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults and have worked in the Durham area for 20 years. Together, we will examine ways to move forward in health and wellness.
