I’ve had the honor of helping folks in trying times for more than 35 years. I work with adolescents, adults and Seniors to assist them in navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, domestic abuse, bullying, workplace issues and many other life problems. Learning new coping skills and tools to build both boundaries and understanding of what they can change (self) and what they don’t control (others) can help make their goals achievable. There are no cookie cutter solutions in my practice, but there are many tools. Over the years, I have developed skills in communication…couples, individuals and families; trauma, grief and loss, abuse by authority figures, past and present; parenting, as well as anxiety, depression, and stress.
