I have my dual masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy which provides me with a wide skillset for clients’ various needs. I am able to build a strong connection to help clients navigate areas of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, goal setting & achievement, and experienced trauma through verbal and art therapy. My focus in creative art therapy encourages clients to explore their creative side and express emotions that might otherwise be difficult to communicate.
