I help individuals, couples and families who are struggling with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief/loss, infertility, work related challenges and life transitions. I will work with you to identify your core values, strengths and inner resources gently empowering you to develop healthy connections, practical and effective coping skills; plus encourage positive risk taking to live your life fully. During our sessions we will explore, learn , reflect and even laugh at times using a wide range of emotions to better understand and appreciate your authentic self.
