Movement and healing are possible! Sometimes we get stuck. I love working with people who desire to experience freedom from the impact of old wounds and unsatisfying relationship patterns. I provide short and long term therapy for people who are desiring to process trauma or disturbing life events, such as accidents, sudden loss of loved ones, and past abuse. I also work with people who desire to navigate life transitions well, examine unhelpful patterns in their life that get in the way of thriving, and experience relief from anxiety. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (pregnancy and postpartum) and love supporting parents.
