Hello! I'm so happy you are considering counseling. I want you to know that I understand this step is a very big deal. The alliance that you and I create is important and I want to offer a space in which you feel safe, known, and heard. You and I work together to understand and process the trauma/pain. You'll learn to create and set boundaries that will create safety for you in painful relationships. We'll sort through your pain and stress together. You don't have to face it alone. I want you to know that hope and healing are within your reach. I want to hear your story. I want to help you regain strength and resiliency. I have experience with issues from depression/anxiety to infidelity. I am credentialed and specialize in betrayal trauma for infidelity. I have Gottman Method Couples Therapy training to help couples. I also have training in dealing with sex/porn addiction (SA). If you are a partner of someone who is experiencing SA, I can help you navigate that journey.
