I have over 9 years of experience helping clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and other major challenging life events. I also provide counseling to clients who are experiencing everyday life stressors who simply need someone to talk to in order to process uncertainties and build healthy coping skills. My therapy approach is eclectic, blending different modalities depending on the unique needs of the client, in a supportive and comfortable setting where each individual can feel heard and understood.
