Hello and welcome! I am a therapist and fellow human based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My goal is to be with and support my clients as they grapple with the reality of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and depression. I work with people who have worked hard for the lives that they have, have gone through some very difficult experiences, and are searching for meaning in the midst of everything. A central question that all of my clients work with is, "What makes up a meaningful life, and how do I find that meaning?” I use a trauma informed and emotion focused approach.
