I am a strength based therapist; I believe we each have strengths that can be built upon. I have a passion for families. A family is a system with a great deal of moving parts that often need some adjusting. I will first LISTEN with empathy and compassion and then help to identify goals. You may be someone experiencing a major life transition, a parent struggling to reach your child, a spouse feeling unsupported or a teen having no idea how to navigate. I can help you to process your struggles and develop effective, practical strategies to realize change or simply walk through a challenging chapter with a renewed sense of hope.
