Hello! I have over 20 years of experience working with young people and their families. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy. I'm also a Certified Art Therapist. I meet clients where they are and set goals to help them make the changes they desire. I specialize in depression, anxiety, family conflict, and peer relationship issues.
