My specialty practice includes adolescents, young adults and adults whose lives have been significanlty impacted due to mental health issues. Collaborative work includes helping one tackle issues related to loss and decreased social, educational, academic, vocational, community and familial functioning. In my practice I help my clients treat the symptoms that are causing the most distress so they can begin to re-engage in living and increase a more hopeful and optimistc outlook. When appropriate, psychoeducation to families can be provided on how their loved one's recovery may be best supported .
