Having provided therapy to adults, children, and adolescents for over 20 years, I never considered changing careers. I truly love this work. A the parent to a teen, I see first hand the unique challenges today's youth contend with. I worked as a school social worker and gained knowledgable about neurodiversity, learning differeces, and ways to support parents of special needs children. I am passionate about working with prospective mothers and supporting them on the parenthood journey from perinatal to post partum. I also specialize in sexual concerns including differences in sex drive between partners and porn addiction. View 6 Photos This world can be overstimulating and overwhelming place. Life is in constant flux. I endeavor to create a safe, non judgemental place for clients to explore their thoughts & feelings, focus on what they can control (not just what they can't), and learn to have self compassion, combat negative thinking patterns, gain confidence, and reduce anxiety.
