I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, and life changes, with special experience in those exiting a coercive control or high demand situation. Therapy can be a safe, supportive space where you can be authentic and gain insight into your experiences while defining your goals for your future life. Whether you have a specific issue you want to tackle, or need time to explore your inner life, my role is to support you in your journey.
