I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (VA) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (CA), but you might also call me a confidant or a wellness coach. With 12+ years of counseling experience, I’ve had the privilege to work in various levels of care such as inpatient, residential, crisis counseling, community-based services, outpatient counseling & more. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
