My ideal client is a child or teen who is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or the emotional complexities that can come from challenging family/peer relationships. They may be feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, easily frustrated, or uncertain about their identity or place in the world. Their caregivers-whether biological, foster, or adoptive-also are part of the picture. These caregivers need validation, tools for connection, and guidance in navigating the unique challenges of raising children with trauma or emotional needs. Goals: Strengthening relationships within the family system/improving self-confidence and self worth
