I specialize in helping people process challenging events, life transitions, relationship challenges, medical challenges and complex family dynamics using a strengths based focus. I currently serve adult clients in all walks of life, but I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, multiracial clients and the LGBTQIA plus community. All clients regardless of background, sexual preference, identity or lifestyle are welcomed here. As an Indigenous woman, I put high importance on recognizing each client's authenticity and agency in both method and practice. I use a variety of evidence based practices from various backgrounds that help support the diversity of needs that exist in all of us. I serve each client with autonomy, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of treatment.
