Whether you're new to therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I deeply understand the courage and energy it takes to reach out and seek support. I specialize in working with women who are navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, as well as postpartum depression and anxiety. Trauma can profoundly affect both the mind and body, creating barriers to the life you envision for yourself. Together, we will work to identify and remove those blocks, clearing the path toward a more fulfilling and empowered future. Depending on my client's needs, I may draw from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
