Relationship issues, processing feelings, or just being happy...life can be difficult for everyone. Our sessions will help you access more feelings of peace and calm, while also gaining a greater understanding about yourself. My services are provided via my private practice, Evolve MindBody Wellness LLC. Practicing since 2000, I provide individual counseling to those in AZ and life coaching services across the nation. My areas of expertise are addressing depression/anxiety, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
