We live in a fast passed society and it can be hard to keep up with all of the various life roles we take on. I am a social worker by trade, and I have been a licensed clinician for 20 years. I offer my clients a safe space to express their feelings and learn skills to take control of their thoughts and emotions. I guide my clients at their own pace to define and achieve their therapy goals.
