Everybody deserves to be heard and feel safe! Often, life experiences leave an impact on us that we can't see or understand. If you're feeling stuck or finding yourself in the same old situation again, let's work together to illuminate patterns, beliefs, and emotions that are waiting to be heard and transformed. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and have been practicing since 2009. My primary areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and trauma including developmental, relational, and complex trauma. In sessions, we will collaborative together to create a safe enviornement that focuses on your goals. By incorporating the wisdom of the body and your innate self, we work with the deep, and sometimes unconscious, root of issues that you're seeking relief from. I primarily use EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to facilitate growth and healing.
