I offer psychotherapy to families, couples, individuals and groups. People come to therapy for different reasons, whether it be a life changing event or just needing support. In the end, we all want supportive nurturing relationships with ourselves and others and I believe that therapy can help people work towards those goals. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental and supportive and I am very down to earth and personable. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and ages and I am knowledgeable and affirming of open or non-monogamous relationship. I truly love the work that I do.
